Memberships & Affiliations

Primary Education Group (PEG) is proud to be a member of and affiliated with leading professional organizations serving independent day and boarding schools, educational consultants, and the broader K—12 education community:

These affiliations help our team stay connected to K–12 enrollment trends, industry developments, current research, professional standards, and best practices in independent education. Through conferences, professional development, and ongoing engagement with school leaders and fellow education professionals, we stay informed about the evolving private and independent school landscape while building meaningful relationships with school communities locally and across the United States.

The Enrollment Management Association (EMA) and Educational Records Bureau (ERB) merged to form E3n in 2026, creating a nonprofit membership organization serving the independent school community. E3n brings together expertise in enrollment, assessment, student development, and data, providing schools and education professionals with assessment tools, research, professional development, conferences, and industry insights.

PEG’s membership in E3n keeps our team connected to the latest developments in independent school enrollment and admissions, assessment, and student success. Its research, professional learning, enrollment data, and industry resources help our consultants better understand evolving admissions and enrollment trends across the independent school landscape. E3n also creates opportunities for our team to connect and engage directly with admissions and enrollment leaders from schools across the country, exchange perspectives, and participate in conversations about the opportunities and challenges facing independent schools today. These connections and insights help us stay current and provide informed guidance to the students and families we serve.

The National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) is a national organization serving the independent school community and providing research, professional learning, resources, and guidance to schools and education leaders across the country.

PEG participates in the NAIS community through its Community Catalyst Program, which brings together organizations whose expertise, resources, and services strengthen and support independent schools. This connection gives PEG access to independent school research, professional resources, industry conversations, and opportunities to engage with school leaders nationwide—helping us maintain a broad and current understanding of the independent school landscape. Through our involvement, PEG seeks to actively engage with and give back to both our local communities and the broader U.S. independent school community. In 2026, PEG hosted a series of educational webinars bringing together independent school leaders and families to share perspectives, strengthen school-family connections, and help parents better understand independent education and the range of educational opportunities available to their children.

The Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) is a leading professional association for independent educational consultants. Its mission is to promote high-quality, ethical educational consulting while supporting ongoing professional development and collaboration among its members. IECA members are guided by established Principles of Good Practice in their work with students, families, schools, and colleagues.

PEG is committed to the high ethical and professional standards that IECA promotes, and our consultants are IECA members. Our Chief Strategy Officer for Boarding School Admission Consulting, Lloyd Paradiso, is a founding member and past president of IECA. In May 2026, at IECA’s 50th Anniversary Conference in Baltimore, Lloyd received the Steven R. Antonoff Award for Professional Achievement in recognition of his longstanding leadership and contributions to the educational consulting profession. Through IECA, our consultants participate in continuing education, connect with school leaders and fellow professionals, visit schools, and stay current on trends and best practices—strengthening the guidance we provide to students and families.

The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) supports and advances boarding schools in the United States, Canada, and around the world. TABS brings together boarding school leaders and professionals through professional learning, research and insights, enrollment and recruitment resources, conferences, and opportunities for collaboration.

PEG’s affiliation with TABS strengthens our connection to the boarding school community and expands our knowledge of residential education, student life, enrollment trends, and the evolving boarding school experience. These resources and relationships are especially valuable as we guide families exploring boarding school options and help them identify schools that align with each student’s academic, social, and personal needs.
